About Me

I am a retired Special Education teacher (25 years of high school English) who has always loved studying the Bible. I have a special love for apologetics. A couple of years ago, the day after I retired, my husband and I packed up and left California for one of the most beautiful places on earth, the Bighorn Mountains of Wyoming. Now that I have the time, I love to spend time digging deep into God’s Word. I have learned more in these last years than I have ever learned before. I spent a year writing about Paul’s letter to Ephesus, then a year on 1 Peter. I just finished with 2 Peter (this time in a little less than a year, but that’s because it only has 3 chapters!) and now I’m moving on to 1 and 2 Timothy. My husband and I love to travel. I also love photography and all of the pictures with my blog are pictures from my travels and from the many beautiful locations near our home.

  1. So nice to know a little more of your story and your mother in laws memorial was beautiful. May God bless you both and I hope you can relax and read! Hope to see you next year at Gleanings! Paula Albrigo

  2. I learn so much from your blogs Kim. Ephesians was beautifully done and really hit home for me. You write in a way that brings The Word to our present situation. No nonsense-just the Word. Keep on writing Kim. We are reading. God Bless you my friend.
